Dunham Marsh wins the Homebuilders Association of Greater Savannah’s Summit Awards Community of the Year

Dunham Marsh, Richmond Hill’s number one selling community, was awarded the Homebuilders Association of Greater Savannah’s Summit Awards Community of the Year at the association’s annual dinner and gala held April 14.

The annual Summit Awards recognizes the area leaders in new home sales and marketing. Dunham Marsh was recognized for their ambitious plan to reinvent their image and brand without watering down the original vision of a vibrant community of architecturally rich homes. This proved to be a good decision, and 2010 saw unparalleled success for Dunham Marsh, now home to almost 50 families.

“In a very challenging real estate market, Dunham Marsh is an example of a community that has been extremely successful by responding to market demand for a quality community at an affordable price point. With 35 percent green space, landscaped parks and a million dollar pool club, we still offer architecturally distinctive homes from the low $200s which is not available anywhere else in the Richmond Hill area. This has been the key to our success,” said Turner, managing partner of Dunham Marsh Partners, LLC.
